Is the survey really free?
Roof health checks for homeowners are free and there’s no obligation to book any work with us.
Do you need to go on the roof?
We use ladders, scaffold where it’s already up, and a telescopic camera. We only go on the roof where it’s safe and necessary.
Can I use the report for my mortgage or insurer?
Our report is a roofer’s condition report, not a RICS survey, but many homeowners share it with insurers and buyers.
