We treat it that way. Before we quote, we survey the roof structure, ventilation and chimneys, so the price includes everything the job really needs, not just the tiles.
On site you get a named lead roofer, a scaffold that’s safe and tidy, and daily sheeting so the house stays dry however long the job runs.

Do I need planning permission to re-roof?
Usually not when you’re replacing like for like. Listed buildings and conservation areas can be different, and we’ll check with the council before we quote.
How long does a new roof take?
Most terraced and semi-detached houses take one to two weeks on site, depending on the weather and the size of the roof.
What happens if it rains during the job?
We only strip what we can cover the same day, and every open section is sheeted before we leave site.
